Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used wellness products
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging
  • Items returned after the return window
  • Products purchased during special clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Product Images
  • Images of the packaging and shipping label
  • Brief description of the issue

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if applicable)

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In some cases, shipping charges and payment gateway fees may be non-refundable.


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
